Discover the art of landscape sketching and painting in this inspiring 10-week course. Designed for beginners and those looking to refine their skills, this hands-on class takes you through the fundamentals of sketching and perspective before progressing into watercolour, acrylic, and oil painting. Each session includes expert guidance, demonstrations, and plenty of time to practice, helping you build confidence in capturing the beauty of nature.
Starting with simple drawing techniques, you’ll learn how to create depth, perspective, and composition in your landscapes before exploring colour and texture with different painting mediums. As the weeks progress, you’ll experiment with washes and layering in watercolour, work with acrylics to create bold and expressive scenes, and finally, delve into the richness of oil painting. The course concludes with a final project where you’ll bring together everything you've learned to complete a landscape painting in your preferred medium.
Whether you're new to art or looking to develop your skills further, this course provides a welcoming and creative environment to explore landscape painting. All materials are included, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm!
