Coastal Calm Gold Edition

Coastal Calm Gold Edition

£95.00Price

Join me for a relaxing day of coastal painting, texture and beautiful gold details at The Art Cabin.

This special Gold Edition of the popular Coastal Calm workshop will guide you through creating your own atmospheric seascape using a soft, muted palette of coastal blues, warm whites and sandy neutrals. We’ll explore gentle skies, calm water, textured sand and reflective tidal pools, with carefully placed gold-leaf accents adding warmth and light to the finished painting.

Your canvas will already have gold leaf applied in selected areas before the class. At the beginning of the session, you’ll add further gold leaf alongside the sand texture medium, creating the reflective and tactile areas before moving on to the oil paints. We’ll then build the seascape in soft layers, allowing the gold to become a natural part of the horizon, water and wet sand.

The class is suitable for beginners and those with some painting experience. You’ll be guided through each stage with demonstrations, individual support and plenty of time to enjoy the creative process. All art materials are included.
