Sunrise

'Sunrise', one of those most magical times of the day.  Waking early to view  the Sunrise over the ocean, rising just above the clouds.  It's those peaceful moments where everything is still, you start breathing more slowly, your heart rate slows and anxiety slips away.  You reflect, start to reframe parts of your life.  We need those moments in life, even if it's just a hour.
