Enjoy the soft, cascading beauty of Wisteria in this light and expressive session from the A Vintage Summer in Bloom series. In this class, you’ll create a delicate composition of trailing wisteria blossoms in gentle purples and lilacs, set against a warm, softly glowing background with a dreamy, vintage feel.
 
Working on A3 watercolour paper, you’ll explore a combination of watercolour and acrylic to achieve flowing, layered effects. This class focuses on creating loose, draping floral forms, blending colour seamlessly, and capturing that airy, ethereal quality that makes wisteria so distinctive. Subtle acrylic details will be added to enhance depth and definition while keeping the overall softness of the piece.
 
You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, learning how to control water and pigment while still allowing for natural movement and expression. Suitable for all abilities, this class is perfect for those wanting to explore a more fluid and relaxed painting style. All materials are included.
