Join us for a fun, relaxed, and creative Floral Bottle Painting Workshop, perfect for anyone who loves colour, florals, and handmade décor.
 
In this two-hour session, you’ll learn how to paint beautiful flowers and foliage using acrylic paints, which are ideal for layering and building vibrant designs thanks to their quick-drying nature. The workshop is suitable for beginners and those with some creative experience — no prior painting skills are required.
 
We’ll begin with a guided tutorial covering:
  • How to paint simple yet effective flowers and leaves
  • Creating a pleasing floral composition
  • Using complementary colours so your design really stands out
 
You’ll have time to practise and experiment on jam jars first, allowing you to get comfortable with the brushes, paint, and techniques before moving on to your final piece.
 
Once confident, you’ll paint onto a specially selected bottle designed for painting, building up layers of colour and detail at your own pace. To finish, we’ll add sparkly lights inside the bottles, bringing your artwork to life and turning it into a beautiful decorative piece for your home.
 
You’ll leave with a unique, hand-painted bottle that glows softly and showcases your creativity.

Refreshments are not provided during the workshop. However, Coolings Garden Centre has an artisan bakery and Arthur’s Café, perfect for coffee, cake, or lunch before or after the session.
This workshop is a wonderful way to unwind, learn new painting techniques, and create a glowing piece of floral art to enjoy at home or gift to someone special.
